in-home daytime support for the fourth trimester. feeding help, recovery check-ins, newborn care know-how, and a real chance to eat, shower, and sleep while i hold your baby.
the short version:

the fourth trimester is a lot. i watch for signs of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and connect you with real support if you need it. no judgment, ever.
-
bathing, diapering, swaddling, cord care, reading hunger and sleep cues, and soothing techniques. learn by doing, with someone right beside you.
-
i’ll hold the baby so you can shower, nap, or eat a hot meal. i can also help with light meal prep, baby laundry, dishes, and resetting the nursery and feeding stations.
